I get Going Today

I am not letting the recession get to me. I am am not waiting for goverments to sort themselves out I am gettting going today (IGGT).

Customers are the lifeblood of any business and if you want to retain your customers in the competitive world you need to speak to them. forget about emails. a lot of people get so much spam that they delete even friendly mail. If you mention money in an email some spam traps will flag it as spam. this is fine but someone is sends you money and mentions it in an email you may find you don't get it.

Without a steady stream of customers a business will not survive and now that money is tight customers are being more discerning and looking for value for money. you need to talk with your customers and learn about their needs in order to provide value to the service you offer.
